06. No Reliance On Verbal Communications

Clients shall not rely upon any:

• Marketing statement advertisement brochure consultation informal advice

as creating any guarantee promise warranty or legally binding commitment.

Only a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Jzarr Filers shall be binding.

07. Client Responsibility

The client is solely responsible for providing:

Jzarr Filers may rely on information provided by the client without independently verifying its authenticity.

The client accepts full responsibility for any consequences resulting from false misleading incomplete forged altered or fraudulent information or documents.

08. Government Decisions

Jzarr Filers has no authority to influence or control any decision made by:

• FBR SECP SRB PRA KPRA BRA NADRA PRAL Courts Tribunals Banks IRS Foreign Governments Embassies Consulates Payment Providers Courier Companies Any Government Department

Accordingly Jzarr Filers accepts no responsibility for delays objections refusals assessments audits penalties refunds notices incorporations trademark objections or any other governmental or third-party decision.

09. Employee Disclaimer

No employee consultant accountant tax practitioner marketing executive relationship manager representative intern freelancer or contractor of Jzarr Filers has authority to guarantee:

• Approval Refund Tax Saving Processing Time Registration Success of Appeals Government Decisions

unless expressly approved in writing by an authorized representative of Jzarr Filers.

10. Third-Party Services

Where our services involve banks courier companies software providers registered agents payment gateways foreign service providers or other third parties Jzarr Filers shall not be liable for their acts omissions negligence delays pricing system failures or policies.

11. Force Majeure

Jzarr Filers shall not be liable for any delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters floods earthquakes fire war terrorism civil unrest strikes epidemics pandemics cyberattacks internet failures power outages banking disruptions or technical failures of government systems.

12. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the applicable laws of Pakistan and any other applicable jurisdiction Jzarr Filers its owners directors shareholders partners employees consultants representatives affiliates agents and contractors shall not be liable for any direct indirect incidental consequential exemplary punitive or special loss or damage including but not limited to:

13. Client Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Jzarr Filers its owners directors employees consultants representatives and affiliates from any claims liabilities penalties losses damages costs or legal expenses arising from:

• False or misleading information provided by the client
• Forged altered or fraudulent documents
• Breach of applicable laws by the client
• Misuse of our services
• Unauthorized use of documents prepared by Jzarr Filers or
• Claims brought by third parties arising from the client's actions or omissions.

14. Intellectual Property

All content forms templates documents branding logos graphics and materials created by Jzarr Filers remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying reproduction or distribution is prohibited without our prior written permission.

15. Governing Law

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Disclaimer or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
